The Voluntary Sector Training Alliance – ViSTA

ViSTA is a voluntary sector social enterprise based in Somerset which provides:

training for staff and volunteers,
workforce development and recruitment services supporting organisations and individuals,
community learning programmes delivered in partnership with other voluntary and community sector and public sector organisations,
specialist information, advice and guidance on career development and education and training for individuals (staff and volunteers) in the sector,
learning consortium support services (curriculum development, teaching resources, skills for life, quality assurance, business development programmes etc) for other voluntary and community sector organisations.

ViSTA works in association with other organisations and statutory bodies in Somerset and the South West in order to develop the role of the voluntary and community sector in learning and skills, economic regeneration and community development. ViSTA is part of the Somerset Voluntary Sector Network.
