This is where you can access a comprehensive range of guidance notes and templates to help you with your HR and Financial management. The HR resources have been developed by Tracy Isbell, a highly experienced HR Consultant and the Finance Resources have been acquired from Community Accounting Plus. Our expert Charities Sector Finance Consultant, Nick Lunt, will also be developing some Finance Resources of our own – so keep checking for these.
Health Check Questionnaire and Advisor Appointments
You can do the Health Check questionnaire yourself on-line. But we urge you to do this with one of our advisors rather than alone as it will be of much greater benefit to your organisation. An appropriate advisor will visit or phone you to go through the questionnaire with you and have a general discussion, and it should take approximately 2 hours. They will then provide you with a diagnostic report, highlighting areas of risk and discuss with you the option for further support. Accessing the Health Checks Questionnaires Online
In order to gain access to our HR and Finance Health Checks you will need to register for an employers account. Please select 'Organisational Support - HR and Finance resources and support' from the list of services, to gain access free of charge.
Returning at a later date couldn't be simpler. Just login using your username and password in the ‘Post an Advert' section of the ViSTAjobs website.
